What This App Does
This tool assists Live Nation Entertainment IT in securely migrating Google Workspace data during mergers and acquisitions. It exports, holds, and restores Google Drive files, Calendar events, and Contacts between Workspace environments during company integrations.
Data Access & Purpose
- Google Drive (read/write): To list, copy, and transfer files between source and destination Workspace accounts during M&A migrations.
- Google Calendar (read): To export calendar events from source accounts for preservation during transitions.
- Google Contacts (read): To export contact data from source accounts for preservation during transitions.
- Admin Directory (read): To list users in the source organization for bulk migration operations.
This application only accesses data as authorized by an administrator and solely for the purpose of M&A data preservation and migration. No data is shared with third parties.
